We collect information about you on our website when you voluntarily complete our newsletter form or submit an application.

When you sign up to the mailing list we only collect your name and email address. When you submit an application to the Movements Trust for a service, we will collect further information about your work.

The lawful basis for collecting this data is your consent, as given when you complete the form at point of sign up.

Website usage information is collected using cookies.

This information is not collected or stored on this website. Information is stored on a secure server and is only seen by members of the Trust’s Board of Trustee and staff.

We will use the information provided to keep in touch with you, or to assess how we can provide services to support you.  In order to send you newsletters your email address and name will be transferred to MailChimp and processed by MailChimp. You can read the MailChimp privacy policy here.

We will not share personal information provided via the website with any other 3rd parties without your explicit consent.

We will retain data for as long as you wish to remain involved with us.
